WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?

You must provide a minimum of one business day (24 hours) notice if you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment, or you will be charged a $75 late cancellation fee. Please note that insurance companies often do not reimburse for missed appointments.
